We are pleased to share the successful completion of the BENOSTAN HEALTH PRODUCTS S.A. and Blomdahl Medical AB in-store engagement initiative conducted across our pharmacy network.
The initiative saw strong participation from our pharmacists and pharmacy teams, who played an active role in enhancing customer interaction, product awareness, and the overall in-store experience throughout the campaign period.
As part of the initiative, our Chairman, Abdurahiman EP, addressed the team and appreciated their commitment, performance, and contribution toward delivering quality customer engagement across our outlets.
The program also included a training session conducted in collaboration with Novo Nordisk, with the support and leadership of Mohamed Anwar Chelat – Retail Manager, Muhammed Shabeer Bilavinakath – Sr. Manager Retail Operations, and Dr. Synesh Cherukutty – Sr. Sales & Marketing Manager, Pharma Division.
The session was led by Ms. Maii Mamdouh, Medical Representative of Benostan, and Ms. Dina Abdallah, Sales Manager, who shared valuable product knowledge and practical insights with the teams.
This initiative reflects our continued focus on strengthening customer experience, supporting continuous professional development, and empowering our pharmacy teams through learning and collaboration.
