OrumayilOnam 2026 | Celebrating Togetherness at Care n Cure Group

A few days ago, we celebrated Onam at our headquarters. And this year, we gave it a name that felt especially fitting.

OrumayilOnam. Onam in togetherness. ❤️

Onam may have its roots in Kerala, but somewhere along the way, it has become a celebration that people don’t necessarily need to be Malayali to enjoy.

And we saw that in our office.

The Pookalam, everyone turning up in traditional and colourful outfits, the games, laughter, photos and, of course, the much-awaited Onam Sadya. But what we loved most was seeing colleagues from India, Egypt, Sudan, the Philippines, Nepal, Sri Lanka and so many other backgrounds simply joining in and having a good time together.

Some knew the traditions well. Some were experiencing them for the first time. Didn’t really matter. 😊

At Care n Cure Group, we believe a great workplace isn’t only about what we achieve together. It’s also about the connections we build, the cultures we get to share, and the memories we make and take with us wherever we go. The day gave us plenty of those!

A little bit of Kerala shared with everyone. And a whole lot of people coming together – just like the pookkalam – colors and flowers forming a spectacular design in harmony. 🌼
