About the Role:
As an ELV Draughtsman, you will be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings for ELV systems, ensuring alignment with project specifications and MOI standards. This role requires strong CAD skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with engineers and site teams to deliver high-quality, compliant design packages.

Key Responsibilities

Project Understanding & Planning:
Review project specifications, customer requirements, and technical documentation to fully understand the ELV system design scope and ensure alignment with project objectives.

Design & Drafting:
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project stakeholders to develop detailed ELV system drawings in compliance with regulatory standards and project requirements. Prepare accurate CAD-based floor plans, equipment layouts, wiring diagrams, schematics, and construction details.

Revisions & Coordination:
Incorporate design changes as instructed by project managers or engineers and coordinate with onsite teams to resolve design-related issues. Propose adjustments or solutions where necessary.

Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain organized records of all drawing versions, ensuring documentation is accurate, up to date, and in line with company quality standards and project procedures. Upload and manage required documentation on the MOI portal and keep all submissions current.

QCDD/MOI Approval Process:
Individually manage and monitor the process of securing and renewing approvals for the system designs. Ensure full compliance with all rules, regulations, and portal requirements.

Project Support:
Support project meetings by presenting design progress and addressing drafting-related concerns. Ensure timely completion of design packages in accordance with project deadlines.

Continuous Learning & Development:
Stay updated with ELV system trends, CAD technologies, and regulatory requirements. Proactively work toward learning ELV estimation and support additional project tasks as instructed by superiors.

Team Collaboration:
Work in close coordination with project engineers and field teams to support the successful implementation of ELV systems, maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

Position Summary

The Retail Sales Executive is responsible for supporting pharmacy operations by assisting in stock management, customer service, and sales activities. The role ensures smooth day-to-day functioning of the pharmacy, promotes Care n Cure products, and delivers excellent customer service in line with company policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Stock & Inventory Support

  • Assist the pharmacist in monitoring stock availability and preparing local purchase orders with required approvals.

  • Receive and verify stock deliveries from stores and branches.

  • Arrange shelves, track expiry dates, and manage out-of-stock and non-moving items by coordinating with other outlets.

  • Maintain proper arrangement of cosmetics, toiletries, and other healthcare-related items.

  • Keep records such as pharmacy files, inventory books, expiry records, prescription registers, antibiotic and cortisone logs as per pharmacist’s instructions.

Customer Service & Sales

  • Advise and demonstrate to customers on the selection of medication brands, medical equipment, and healthcare supplements.

  • Promote customer service to the highest standard, ensuring customer delight.

  • Support in promoting and selling Care n Cure’s own products.

  • Monitor and update customer service books, customer care mobile, and trackers daily.

  • Ensure all sales are recorded under the employee’s ID and contribute at least 20% to total pharmacy sales.

Cashiering & Financial Support

  • Act as cashier in the absence of the designated cashier.

  • Handle daily sales computations and ensure accurate record-keeping.

  • Support cash deposit preparation for the bank (where applicable).

  • Manage petty cash and reimbursement processes when required.

  • Monitor insurance/reimbursement papers and other discount approvals for customers.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Record medical representatives’ visits in the logbook and prepare monthly consolidated reports as required.

  • Update sales and customer trackers daily.

  • Report bounce items instantly through the system.

  • Attend management meetings, even on off days, as required.

Housekeeping & Professional Standards

  • Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and proper arrangements of pharmacy stock.

  • Follow proper dress code and personal grooming guidelines as per company policy.

  • Support pharmacy operations in opening and closing sales sessions.

Installation & Maintenance:

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Prepare and submit reports detailing the work completed, parts used, and any additional observations or actions required.
