- Communicate with suppliers for order confirmations, dispatch updates, and lead times.
- Track shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor and schedule supplier payments in coordination with the Finance team.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for inbound stock planning.
- Monitor inventory levels and proactively highlight shortages or overstocks.
- Assist in scheduling replenishment orders based on sales forecasts and trends.
- Maintain and update purchase orders (POs) and proforma invoice (PI) records.
- Provide timely and accurate procurement reports to Sales, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, documentation standards, and compliance requirements.
- Support sourcing activities by collecting quotations and comparing costs.
- Evaluate supplier performance in line with company standards and requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (minimum requirement).
- Typically 2–5 years in procurement or supply chain roles.
- Exposure to international sourcing, supplier audits, and strategic procurement.
- Experience in managing multiple categories and stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes.
- Data analysis- Intermediate to Advanced – Proficient in pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, advanced formulas, data analysis, and reporting dashboards.
- Understanding of incoterms, international trade, and compliance regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Safety & Compliance:
Consistently adhere to all safety guidelines, company procedures, and regulatory standards while performing daily tasks. Immediately report any safety hazards or non-compliance issues.
Task Execution:
Carry out all hose crimping and assembly tasks as instructed by the supervisor, ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency at every step.
Crimping & Assembly:
Measure, cut, assemble, and crimp hydraulic hoses using industry-standard machinery and tools. Select the correct fittings and hoses based on technical specifications and customer requirements.
Testing & Quality Control:
Conduct pressure testing and thorough inspections of hose assemblies to ensure operational safety and compliance with customer expectations.
Technical Interpretation:
Read and interpret technical drawings, hose assembly instructions, and specifications to produce precise and reliable assemblies.
Equipment Operation:
Operate and maintain hose crimping machines, including calibration and minor servicing to ensure optimal performance.
Workshop Hygiene & Environmental Standards:
Keep the workspace clean, organized, and free of hazards. Follow environmentally conscious practices for waste management and contamination control.
Inventory Management:
Track and maintain adequate stock levels of hose fittings, adapters, and associated materials.
Field Service Support:
Assist with on-site or field-based hose replacement and support tasks as required.
Team Support & Flexibility:
Provide assistance in other workshop areas during staff shortages or peak workload periods. Contribute to a collaborative work environment focused on continuous improvement.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workshop Manager to lead our hydraulic crimping operations at Hydrocare General Trading LLC. This is a multifaceted role that combines technical expertise, operational supervision, business development, and team leadership. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in hydraulic crimping, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to managing workflow, customer relationships, and commercial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day hydraulic crimping activities, both in the workshop and via mobile crimping vans.
- Ensure efficient job execution and timely delivery across all operations.
- Maintain proper workflow, resource planning, and technician scheduling.
- Optimize utilization of mobile crimping vans across assigned zones.
- Manage and lead technicians both within the workshop and on-site operations.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual workshop sales and service targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and customer segments for growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of quotations, including material, labor, and lead-time estimates.
- Lead local outreach efforts to improve workshop visibility and brand presence.
- Plan and maintain inventory based on movement trends, focusing on hoses, fittings, and pneumatics.

About the Role:
As a CCTV Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems and related ELV infrastructure. The role requires hands-on technical skill, site discipline, and the ability to work closely with project engineers to ensure smooth commissioning and long-term reliability of installed systems.
Key Responsibilities
Installation & Maintenance:
- Install CCTV systems, fire alarm systems, public address (PA) systems, and related ELV equipment as per project requirements.
- Carry out routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance of installed systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Attend to service and maintenance calls as assigned, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Troubleshooting & Repairs:
- Identify faults in systems through inspection and diagnostic tools.
- Conduct necessary repairs or replacements to restore functionality.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers and Supervisors for resolving complex issues and verifying technical compliance.
Material Handling:
- Collect required materials from the storekeeper as per job order and return any unused items post-completion.
- Ensure accountability and proper documentation of material usage.
Site Coordination & Safety Compliance:
- Work closely with Supervisors and Project Engineers to ensure task execution meets project timelines and standards.
- Adhere to safety protocols and site-specific regulations at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and company standards at both site and accommodation.
Tool Management:
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Report any malfunctions or loss immediately.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of assigned tools.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain daily inspection and maintenance logs.
- Prepare and submit reports detailing the work completed, parts used, and any additional observations or actions required.
- Maintain an up-to-date filing system and equipment service records.
Commissioning Support:
- Assist Project Engineers in the commissioning of newly installed equipment.
- Perform functional testing and validation in accordance with system requirements and client expectations.
- Ensure system handovers are documented and compliant with specifications.
