Responsible for product receiving and inspection, stock arrangement, invoice verification, pharmacy-wise packing, dispatch coordination, timely medicine delivery, and urgent purchasing as required.
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support store related activities as per the instruction from the Assistant manager.
• Product receiving / checking.
• Items wise checking (expiry return, purchase return products from branch).
• Product arrangements and packing.
• Inspection of received products (expiry, batch, packing, quantity, damage).
• Invoice re-checking, pharmacy wise packing arrangements.
• Store stock arrangements and rack settings.
• Logistic arrangements for dispatch.
• Monitor all receipts, making sure that documentation and delivery of medicines are delivered on time.
• Take responsibility for daily or emergency purchasing activities in the absence of the Store Keeper.
• Any adhoc responsibilities as and when required.
