Roles & Responsibilities:

* Supervise day-to-day execution of bridge foundations, piers, abutments, and superstructure works.
* Monitor concreting, shuttering, reinforcement, piling, and other civil construction activities.
* Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
* Coordinate with contractors, consultants, surveyors, laboratory teams, and other site personnel.
* Verify site measurements, quantities, BOQ items, and work completed by contractors.
* Monitor material usage, workmanship, quality standards, and construction progress.
* Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and project quality requirements.
* Review drawings and coordinate with the project team to resolve site-level technical issues.
* Track daily work progress and prepare daily site reports and relevant documentation.
* Monitor project schedules and support timely completion of assigned works.
* Coordinate inspections, testing, and quality checks with consultants and laboratory teams.
* Identify site issues, delays, and deviations and report them to the Project Manager/concerned authority.
* Maintain proper records of measurements, drawings, inspection reports, and other site documents.
* Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.
