Job Description:
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the showroom
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products such as filters, hoses, and fittings
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and handle billing accurately
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and products properly displayed
- Check stock availability and coordinate with the store and sales team
- Answer customer enquiries in person and over the phone
- Maintain daily sales records and update the supervisor as required
Job Qualifications
- Auto parts or showroom sales experience preferred
- Basic product knowledge of filters, hoses, and fittings
- Good customer service and billing skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks
