Roles & Responsibilities
* Coordinate with pharmacies to arrange and dispatch customer orders efficiently and on time
* Communicate with customers to ensure smooth order delivery and resolve any concerns promptly
* Coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure accurate and timely deliveries
* Prepare and maintain reports related to orders, inventory, and operational activities
* Monitor daily operations and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality
* Track inventory levels, maintain stock records, and plan stock replenishment when required
* Provide excellent customer support by handling queries and resolving complaints professionally

Skills Required
* Basic computer knowledge
* Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms will be an added advantage
* Good communication and coordination skills
* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
