Roles & Responsibilities:

* Provide financial guidance to support business operations and strategic decision-making.
* Review business and project performance and recommend corrective actions.
* Oversee Group financial and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective financial controls.
* Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor budget utilization, financial forecasts, and business projections.
* Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
* Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial closing.
* Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
* Coordinate statutory, tax, internal, stock, and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
* Identify financial risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
* Manage treasury functions, including cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables, and banking relationships.
* Monitor project budgets, expenditures, profitability, and financial feasibility for L&A Infraz Developers.
* Review and approve project-related financial transactions within delegated authority.
* Support business expansion, investment decisions, and long-term financial planning through financial analysis.
* Lead, guide, and supervise the Accounts team to ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
* Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.
