About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Showroom Assistant (Male) to support our daily showroom operations. The ideal candidate will assist the Showroom In-Charge, help maintain a clean and organized environment, interact with customers, and ensure proper stock handling and maintenance of the premises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Welcome and assist customers upon arrival, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information regarding products, services, and ongoing promotions.
• Sales Coordination: Support the sales team by preparing product displays, organizing promotional materials, and assisting in customer follow-ups to support sales conversions.
• Inventory Support: Assist in monitoring stock levels by tracking inventory movement, helping with restocking, and participating in routine inventory audits.
• Showroom Presentation: Ensure the showroom is consistently clean, well-organized, and visually engaging. Arrange product displays to enhance overall customer experience.
• Administrative Assistance: Support with day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining sales records, processing transactions, and basic data entry.
• Customer Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to the management team to support service improvement initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Communication skills (multilingual skills is a huge plus)
• Willingness to work in a showroom-based role
• Punctuality, reliability, and a positive attitude
• Previous experience in a customer-facing or retail support role is a plus
