Roles & Responsibilities:
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor product performance and stock levels.
• Prepare staff schedules and supervise performance.
• Train staff and ensure proper grooming and discipline.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper display standards.
• Complete required daily and weekly reports.
• Control stock loss.
• Support smooth daily operations and build strong customer relationships.
Job Qualifications
Any Degree with 2 years of experience in Retail Store
